By accessing or using Relynk.xyz ("Relynk", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered account holders.

Relynk provides a URL shortening service, a QR code generator, and click analytics for the links you create. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at hello@relynk.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use Relynk to shorten legitimate URLs, generate QR codes for lawful purposes, and access analytics for your own links.

You must not use Relynk to redirect to malware, phishing pages, or any malicious content; promote illegal activities; distribute spam; infringe on intellectual property; link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); engage in fraud or impersonation; or attempt to circumvent any of our technical safeguards. We may deactivate any link or account that violates these rules without prior notice.

We reserve the right to disable or remove any shortened link that violates these Terms, is used abusively, points to illegal or harmful content, or is subject to a valid legal takedown request. Free-tier links inactive for 12 consecutive months may also be deactivated.

All content, design, code, and branding of Relynk are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your URLs solely to provide the service.

Click data for links you create — including anonymized visitor information such as geographic region, device type, and referrer — is made available to you through your dashboard. You agree not to use this data to personally identify individual visitors. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Relynk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of Relynk is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Relynk in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if no payments were made.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relynk and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or any content or URLs you submit through Relynk.

Relynk is a conduit service — we shorten links to third-party websites but do not control or take responsibility for their content. You access third-party content at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of Relynk after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed.
